Antiquing—the art of discovering and collecting treasures from the past—has long been one of my favorite pastimes. It probably stems from my deep love of history… and the thrill of the hunt certainly doesn’t hurt!

This passion also supports a greater mission: making high-quality English lessons accessible at a fair price. Tanuki Treasures offers a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage, antique, and pre-loved items from Japan, including handcrafted works by Japanese and Ainu artisans.
