Student Terms & Policies

To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable learning experience for everyone, please review the following policies before beginning your lessons.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Payment is required before scheduled lessons or lesson packages begin.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

Lesson Packages & Expiration

If you purchase a lesson package, please use your lessons within the expiration period specified for that package at the time of purchase.

Package expiration dates vary depending on the package selected. Please refer to the current Lesson Pricing page for package details and validity periods.

Technical Requirements

Lessons are conducted online using Zoom or Google Meet. Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a working microphone and camera, and a quiet environment suitable for learning.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Japan Standard Time (JST).
